Yurty Chili - Leslie's Favorite

My chili recipe (I think) as promised!

Yurty Chili Recipe

1 lbs ground beef
1 lbs pork sausage
2 cans kidney beans (drained)
1 can chili beans
1 can van camp’s pork and beans
1 large bottle V-8 Hot and Spicy
2-3 cups Pico de Gallo
1 cup onions, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon dried chili flakes
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 chopped jalapeno (opional)

1.) Brown hamburger and sausage with spices and half of the chopped onion

2.) Put in large pot with beans, onion, jalapeno, V-8 and pico de gallo *Note* drain the kidney beans but not the chili beans or pork and beans.

3.) Let simmer uncovered for about an hour or more until thickens.
