I love "Bedtime" by Yogi tea.
Every night I make myself a cup, take it to bed and read anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours.
It's nice. I like it. I don't do a very good job relaxing most of the time but I think I've nailed this.
Here is the link if you want to see what the box looks like.
You will thank me...
Oh and it contains Valerian Root which my father says makes you have crazy dreams. So that's another bonus!

Yummus Hummus - My Food Review
I have bought many a store brands of hummus and they are never as good as the real thing in restaurants but I think I've finally found one that suits my taste.
Wild Thyme Naturals from Denver makes my new favorite hummus. I've only tried the "Traditional" but that will probably change in the near future.
I got this at Vitamin Cottage, which I'm starting to spend more time in. I went to get some Collard Greens to make the Yurty Stew that seems to be on my weekly menu. Vitamin Cottage specializes in a lot of food for people who have special dietary needs they also have a lot of organic foods. I found out last time I was there they are no longer giving plastic bags. They are encouraging people to bring in reusable ones and they are taking old bags people already use. Apparently they do this a lot in Europe but I thought it was a good idea, since I have about a 1000 Safeway bags at home.
