Today I got my first snow day since I've been working at Roosevelt for two years. This means my suto-spring break will now be 11 days. The first thing I did? SLEPT IN. I got motivated to make potato soup for lunch and bake some cinnamon rolls. I may even get around to baking something for my friends with new babies in the world, the Loftins, the Trainors, and the Radcliffs. (And soon to be the Gales and I will be Aunt Mel, AGAIN!)
Maybe I'll even work on my blog. It's not very exciting. I guess if the cinnamon rolls turn out I'll post a recipe.
In the mean time SNOW Mother Nature, SNOW!
